Glo Nigeria - How To Borrow Data With New Borrow Me Data Service

Glo Nigeria have really being on the go lately with some changes in their data services, one of the more recent update on the Glo Nigeria data service is the reduction in their Internet data plans. Yes! I will say a reduction because Glo Nigeria now has the cheapest data plan bundle as compared with other Data service providers in Nigeria. Imagine 3.2 gigabyte of data now goes for N1000.

Today, Glo Nigeria has now launched a Borrow Me Data Service, this one is for its customers. With this new borrow me data service launched by Glo Nigeria, you can now borrow data from Glo Network, just the same stuff as when you borrow airtime from the Glo Network.

Glo Nigeria Users can now borrow Data Credit of Up to 2GB gigabyte of data whenever your data bundle is exhausted and you then have no airtime or credit on your phone; or perhaps, for cases whereby there maybe unsuccessful data bundle activation due to low credit/airtime balance.

How To Borrow Data On The Glo Network

Before you can borrow data, of upto 2GB using the Glo Borrow Me Data Service, you have to be eligible for this service, to confirm or know if you are eligible to borrow data on the Glo network, simply dial *321# and the proceed with the options available in the menu. Then you would be credited with the required amount of data you requested for.

Note:- You will repay for this borrowed data whenever you recharge your line.

Others are Bangladesh, Brunei, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, French Guiana, Guam, Luxembourg, Malta, Mongolia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Reunion Island, Romania and Singapore are also at the same rate. Glo Nigeria said that new and existing customers can enjoy the unbelievable call rate which comes at a daily access fee of N5 by dialling *211# to migrate to the plan.

Also GLO Nigeria introduced the New IDD Packs which is one of the best deals in the country right now, and its covers call around the 30 destinations i highlighted above,for as low as N6.60 per minute.

The bundles are designed to match the recharge denominations and include IDD 100, IDD 200, IDD 500 and IDD 1,000. The IDD 100 gives the subscriber 12 minutes of call valid for 3 days, while IDD 200 gives 24 call minutes for 7 days.

The IDD 500 bundle gives 60 minutes of call for 14 days, while the fourth bundle, IDD 1000, will avail the user 150 call minutes valid for 30 days.
