OnePlus 5 Set To Be Launched In June 2017

OnePlus 5 Price

The OnePlus 5 price will be $449 (roughly Rs. 28,800 and N139,190), which is make it more expensive than the OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3 which are priced at $439 (roughly Rs. 28,200 and N136,090) and $399 (roughly Rs. 25,700 and N123,690) respectively in the US.

OnePlus 5 Specifications and Expected Look

The back of the OnePlus 5 smartphone is with a vertical dual camera setup having a black colour variant is seen with the OnePlus logo sitting in the centre as well.

Leaked specification of the OnePlus 5 include, a 5.5-inch quad-HD (1440x2560 pixels) display. A 2.45GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 quad-core processor, paired with Adreno 540 GPU and 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM. Also it comes with about 64GB / 128GB of internal storage as well.

The OnePlus 5 camera on the back was leaked to have a 12-megapixel resolution and feature dual-camera setup (standard RGB + monochrome). The front camera is supposed to have a 8-megapixel sensor. The smartphone of course would run on Android N-based Oxygen OS, and will support Dash Charge 2.0 for fast charging and include 4G LTE, 3600mAh battery capacity, there's also a fingerprint scanning support, presumably in the front underneath Home Button, as it's not seen on the back of the device in this leak.

However, there’s no guarantee that these information leaked about the OnePlus 5 by a retail site  listing are accurate. We probably won’t know for certain until OnePlus makes an official announcement.

We know that there are already plenty of phones with 2560 x 1440 pixel displays on the market. There are a handful of devices with Snapdragon 835 chips also and also  phones with 6GB RAMs are becoming increasingly common which probably may mean the leaked information can be true.
