Very similar to the recently announced Redmi Y1, is the Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite as both android devices are gonna be launched alongside in November 2017. Basically these two Redmi phones are similar, but here, the lite version has a few reduced specifications which i will be highlighting below.

Major differences between the Xiaomi Redmi Y1 and Y1 Lite can be seen in the following features below:

Memory: The Lite version comes with a 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM while the normal Redmi Y1 features a 4GB RAM, 64 GB ROM

Weight: The Normal Redmi Y1 will be a little heavier than its lite version, the Lite has weighs 150g while the normal version weighs 153g, difference of 0.03g in weight.

The Lite version has no fingerprint.

Processor is lower compared to the normal version, in terms of its Chipset, Graphics processor and of course CPU.
